Our Service Process

New Client Intake Form

We welcome each new prospective client to complete our new client intake form, allowing us to understand your home, priorities, and service expectations in detail.

Once submitted, a member of our team will review your information and reach out to coordinate the next steps.

In-Person Walkthrough

An in-person walkthrough is conducted to assess the space, address any specific concerns, and ensure full alignment on scope and expectations.

During this time, we will also discuss service frequency, scheduling, and answer any questions regarding our process.

Customized Proposal & Service Agreement

Following the walkthrough, you will receive a tailored proposal outlining the scope of work, service details, and pricing.

A formal service agreement will be provided for review and approval.

Proposals are valid for 7 days.

Service Scheduling & Execution

Once the proposal is approved and the agreement is signed, your service will be scheduled.

Our team will then carry out your cleaning with precision, care, and attention to detail - always delivering with Aurea’s “golden standards.”
